Knowledge Transformation amongst Engineers within Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprise in Indonesia The Road to Sustainability

As one of the most promising developing countries, Indonesia is lack of qualified young engineers, especially young engineers who involve in the development of medium-sized enterprises. Engineers, as the main human capital in manufacturing industry, play significant role to the sustainability of the enterprises. This paper tries to investigate the factor that play significant role to enterprise sustainability among engineers within medium-sized manufacturing enterprise in Indonesia. This paper aims to conceptualize the relationships of factors such as knowledge transformation, process innovation, adaptability, and productivity, with trust and commitment as enabling factors.
